The following Terms and Conditions are for Commissions provided by the Artist (ClownHassan).
Commissioning the Artist will indicate that you accept all of the following Terms of Service, including changes or modifications of such terms and conditions in the future.GENERAL
Price of commissions are subject to change without prior notice.I am in the position to decline and or cancel a commission if the contents of it disturbs, harms , or offends groups of people or if its targetted against an individual.
Clients requesting Deadlines will be prioritized first depending on the severity of the deadline.
Credit me if you're going to use the artwork.
Do not claim my artwork as your own.
Commissioned artworks may be included in my portfolio (website, social media, etc).
Please let me know if you'd like the commission to stay secret until certain reveal date. Or let me know if you'd like the artwork to be omitted from my portfolio.PAYMENTS
Payment is to be made in full as soon as the client is satisfied with the rough draft/sketch, once payment is made only then will the commission be fully startedREVISIONS
Unlimited revision allowed during sketch phase.
I will not accept the revisions of pose changes at the coloring stage ( Unless just a Minor Change )DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Turnaround time is 1 weeks + to 2 weeks depending on workload. However, I usually work fast and you may receive updates within at most of a week.
Turnaround time may extend depending on personal circumstances but I will be sure to keep you updated when such events occur.
Clients with reasonable deadlines will not be charged but instead I will refund the client if I do not meet the deadline (for detail see refunds)USE
Usage of the Illustration will fall fully onto the client, unless if its for unauthorized commercial usage Usage in A.I Training is prohibitedREFUNDS
I will refund the client the full price of the Illustration if for some reason I deem myself incapable of the request due to outside reasons or personal reasons
50% of the price will be refunded back onto the client if the specified deadline was not met by me, but I will not be refunding the money if I deem the client is purposely avoiding my Updates without response
NO REFUNDS once the artwork has been fully completed and been sent out onto the clientCOMMUNICATION
Communications will be done through either Vgen, Discord, or email. Please let me know if you have a preference.
